Calliste Duru

Calliste is a founding product at Basalt, building the evaluation infrastructure that helps teams measure, understand, and improve AI systems - making reliable AI products possible.
He previously spent four years as a Product Manager at Shippeo, a real-time supply chain visibility platform providing accurate ETA predictions and end-to-end shipment tracking. Motivated to build the next generation of AI products, he joined Hexa as a Product Designer, where he helped incubate Basalt from its earliest days.
He then joined Basalt as a founding team member to build the platform that powers modern AI product development: datasets, evals, and fast feedback loops.
