From a non-engineer background, I deeply enjoy engineering topics today, focusing on the concrete business impact of what technology, especially AI, can bring to the table when we are talking about Customer Service & Experience. Previously a consultant at Capgemini Invent (now Frog) for 4 years, working mainly on Customer Experience related projects for CAC 40 companies, I joined PayFit 4 years ago with the idea of progressively building and continuously improve our dear clients' experience when they sign with us (especially when they contact us to raise issues). I lead the CS Process & Quality team at PayFit, whose mission statement is the following: "Transform every customer interaction into a moment of delight and every CS process into a lever of efficiency, through technological innovation, continuous improvement, and a data-driven approach.
