Experienced design leader specializing in the transformation of the digital experience on a global scale. My expertise lies in setting up and deploying multi-brand Design Systems, managing international teams, and integrating generative AI into creative workflows. I have been the Chief Design & Content Officer at Michelin for more than 8 years, where I manage a team of more than 40 experts between France and India, serving multiple digital factories and a digital ecosystem reaching millions of B2C/B2B and B2E users in more than 170 countries. I have contributed to the deployment of more than 25 premium brands and orchestrated more than 500 multi-brand digital initiatives. Founder of GenAI Radar, I am also a member of the board of directors of APCI (promotion of French design) and a member of the scientific committee of ISCOM. My objective is to deliver consistent brand experiences through digital products and to position design as a strategic driver of transformation. I am passionate about the convergence between Design Systems, Content, and Artificial Intelligence to push the boundaries of innovation and create seamless, efficient, and impactful experiences at scale.
