A former Head of Product with 12 years of experience in VC-backed SaaS startups and scaleups, Marion brings a rare dual perspective: she has built digital products from the inside before specializing in recruiting the leaders, operators, and experts who make product-driven organizations succeed.In 2020, she co-founded Pachamama, now a collective of 15 senior professionals supported by a pool of 4,500+ vetted talents and trusted by 250+ companies across the tech ecosystem.Marion is also the co-founder of L’Avant-Garde, a community of 190+ women Product leaders accelerating careers, elevating representation, and shaping inclusive leadership in tech.
